IIPS Knowledge Networks

The IIP Scotland Knowledge Networks are one of the key ways to support your Investors in People journey, ensuring that you get the most out of the framework. It is a knowledge sharing session designed for all organisations to share different means of solving common business issues.

The aim of this approach is to focus on shared learning which is directly transferable back to your organisation. Best practice will be used to share and challenge current thinking and also to introduce new ideas.
