: IIP Impact Programme dates and costs
Shown below is an outline of the Impact Programme journey along with key dates for coaching sessions and related costs.
Introductory webinar
This initial interactive online consultation will introduce you to the concept of IIP through a Question & Answer session, facilitated through an instant messaging service by an IIP specialist.
Group coaching and mentoring sessions
Following the initial webinar, four facilitated coaching sessions, delivered by an IIP Specialist, will focus on your understanding and identification of business challenges and improvement. These sessions are intended to be very interactive and the IIP Specialist will draw on existing materials from the IIP framework to challenge current methodologies and business thinking.
1:1 coaching and mentor sessions
Each of the group coaching sessions will conclude with an activity to plan actions and are complimented with 1:1 coaching and mentoring session(s). You have the option of selecting 1 full day, 2 ½ days or 4 ¼ day appointments with a selection of 8 dates to choose from (see table below).
For example you could select any one of the days above for a full day of coaching & mentoring or you could select 2 ½ days (on different dates) from the above dates.
The programme also has an IIP review built in and this can be taken at any point in the 15-month timeframe of the Impact Programme. The main focus for this is to identify progress and establish the next steps on your continuous improvement journey.

These costs include the IIP review and additional 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions beyond the 1 day included as part of the Impact Programme can be purchased at an extra costs of £580 or £685 per day.
