Internal Review involves a select team of employees within your organisation who collate evidence alongside your Specialist during the assessment process.
We help to develop this dedicated team of employees based on the competencies required and we support them throughout their registration to ensure their knowledge, skills and behaviours are kept up to date to add real value to the organisation’s development journey.
The Internal Review team can also support the continuous improvement journey outwith the assessment process to ensure Investors in People principles are used to guide continuous improvement on a regular ongoing basis.
