Annual Review is fast becoming the most popular means for already recognised organisations to continue their journey with Investors in People. It enables you to break up your review into three individual segments that occur approximately once a year to review progress against the framework and to identify any additional areas for development.

What's involved in Annual Review?
You can sign up to Annual Review, even part-way through your 3-year period provided the entire framework is reviewed within 36 months.

This approach, like New Choices, allows you to take a fully bespoke approach to how you use the Investors in People framework; each assessment can be tailored to your business’ priorities.
