Development workshops
Your assessment is an integral part of working with Investors in People. These development workshops are an information rich, three hour session on the Investors in People framework, how to prepare for the assessment and how it can work best for your organisation. It is delivered by presentation with opportunities to question the expert trainer throughout.
The workshop is designed for the IIP coordinator in your organisation responsible for taking your organisation through the assessment process. They will gain an in-depth understanding of the Investors in People framework and assessment process in order to maximise the benefits of working with Investors in People.
