Public Service Improvement Framework (PSIF)
PSIF is a self-assessment tool based on the EFQM Excellence Model and incorporates the Investors in People Framework, Customer Service Excellence and Best Practice principles. By integrating these frameworks, the scope of improvement opportunities is increased whilst duplication is considerably reduced.
We have developed this in partnership with Quality Scotland, West Lothian Council and the Improvement Service to create a framework that provides a stream-lined approach to organisational improvement for the public sector.
Once signed up to the PSIF, organisations will undertake a development programme which will form the PSIF Implementation team. The team will be responsible for the facilitation of the organisation’s implementation plan.
