Capability Programme
The Capability Programme can develop a group of employees as Investors in People Internal Reviewers for your organisation. These Internal Reviewers are able to lead and drive change, taking on the collective responsibility of action and improvement plans (not leaving this for the HR function alone). They can understand and use the Investors in People framework to improve organisational practice and can undertake a large part of the Investors in People Review with an external Specialist leading the group.
