Change Champion Programme
This is a programme to develop your employees for them to use Investors in People and really drive improvement and change in your company. Change Champions therefore are able to lead and drive change and take on the collective responsibility. Your Change Champions will be able to understand and use the framework to improve organisational practice and they will be able to undertake health checks to evaluate and continue to drive change.
