The Toolkit for Managers, developed in partnership with GoodPractice, has been specially designed for all staff up to and including middle management. In addition to supporting current learning and development provision, the toolkit can help organisations whether they want to achieve, improve or retain their IiP Award.

Managers Toolkit

Inspiring High Performance in partnership with Red Sky Management is a 12 week programme designed to improve ‘attitude, performance and leadership’ skills within organisations by learning from sport.

The programme is ideally suited to a senior management team who have the autonomy to make decisions that will support the company’s growth and development.

Exploring Leadership – An African Adventure in partnership with People Matters. During a 10 day programme the participants will share their experience and knowledge with Kenyan managers, deliver a masterclass on their area of specialism and undergo a unique personal challenge in the wilderness of north Kenya.
