When an organisation decides to undergo a transformation, a sound plan and a robust execution strategy are not necessarily enough. Another important factor in the success of on organisation is the designation of specific employees as “change champions” who lead the organisation through the journey.
We have developed a new IIP Change Champion Programme to support your individuals or teams that are becoming organisational change champions. Our Programme will ensure you develop an internal team to drive, support and guide organisational change, which leads to business improvement.
The programme is tailored around the development needs of delegates to ensure maximum results and it consists of two stages: workshop based learning and share and learn forums.
