IIP Impact Programme

The Impact Programme is designed for Scottish-based small or medium-sized privately owned businesses in the Scottish Enterprise region (less than 200 employees) looking to grow and make an impact on their organisation.

You can also use the Impact Programme to help address challenges presented by the current economic climate – and receive £1,000 funding* if you are one of the 50 first organisations to sign up.

Are you fit for business?

Based around the IIP Framework, the Impact consists of a series of coaching sessions to help you identify key objectives and challenges for your organisation and how best to achieve them. The resulting plan will detail the implementation of any change involved and how to measure the impact it has.

Benefits of the programme

  • Make a real impact on your business performance – resulting on average in £406 profit per person.
  • Gain insight as to whether your organisation is ready for IIP accreditation – and in some circumstances gain full IIP accreditation.
  • £1,000 funding* for first 50 businesses, saving between 27% and 43% on cost (depending on size of business).

What’s involved?

Tailored to your specific business and sector, you will receive an initial interactive online consultation to identify how best to structure the Programme to fit with your business and the individuals involved. Following this initial webinar, four coaching and mentoring sessions will be arranged to make best use of your resources and time.

View dates and costs

The sessions, conduced by IIP experienced coaches with practical business experience, also provide an opportunity to network and share experiences with similar organisations in your business sector. All you need to ensure is that your organisation fits with the criteria below:

  • Scottish organisations based in the Scottish Enterprise region
  • Less than 200 employees
  • Able to attend training centres based in either Aberdeen, Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Successful completion of the Impact Programme will result in clearly defined action plan that:

  • Identifies priorities and objectives for you organisation
  • Sets out how you’re going to achieve them through the people in your organisation
  • Details what’s required to manage any change that may be involved
  • Measures the successful impact of any change against an initial benchmark
  • Provides an embedded process for reviewing ongoing performance and maintaining momentum.
