Our new series of workshops is aimed at developing your Investors in People journey. It is categorised into 2 programmes:
Programme 1 – Introduction to Investors in People
This will focus on:
- Developing the individual’s basic knowledge of the Investors in People framework
- Developing an understanding of how the framework can be applied to improve the performance of your business
Programme 2 – Bespoke: Business Improvement, Development and Effectiveness
The focus of this programme is to give more stretch to the individual’s knowledge and skills beyond the boundaries of the Investors in People framework into broader areas of business development and people management.
These workshops are bespoke and will be tailored to your specific needs at a venue of your choice.
