Your IiP Journey

The Investors in People Standard can be easily used and applied across your organisation. Whether you are new to Investors in People, have recently taken on responsibility for it in your organisation or just wish to sharpen up existing knowledge, we have something for you.

Our Support section provides a full list of how we can help, but specifically you may wish to consider:

• Workshops. We offer an extensive range of workshops that can either raise general understanding and appreciation of Investors in People or those that are targeted towards specific areas. We can also deliver in-house workshops and tailor these to your specific needs.
• We have networking groups, such as our Knowledge Network or Large Organisation Network Group (LONG). Sessions tend to be held quarterly and focus on specific areas of the Investors in People Standard. ]They are interactive and provide an opportunity to share learning and issues with like minded organisations.
• If you are part of a larger recognised organisation, you may wish to develop an Internal Review team to compliment the assessment process.
