IIP Assessment
Becoming an Investors in People organisation is the goal that thousands of employers hope to achieve every year. Investors in People is a widely recognised and increasingly required accreditation, but the true value of our approach is found in the real business benefits that your business can achieve by following a simple framework designed to improve and develop your organisation's needs.
“Investors in People allows your organisation to focus on what makes the company a success. Definitely a worthwhile process to achieve accreditation and one which we are very proud of.”
Christopher Pugh, Managing Director, Duradiamond Healthcare Ltd
We have a very simple and highly effective approach towards assessment called New Choices.
Your Specialist will agree the focus of your assessment to best match your business needs and priorities. Assessment is based on first hand evidence from interviews with your people - there's no paperwork or the need to produce a portfolio of evidence.
Your Specialist will give you with a detailed report providing you with valuable feedback on development opportunities that are directly linked to what your organisation is trying to achieve.
Continuous improvement is key to the success of Investors in People in aiding organisations realise their goals through their people.
The assessment now includes an additional follow-up activity which supports the creation of an improvement action plan following feedback from your Specialist and what the assessment recommendations could mean in practice for your organisation.
Also, with the new approach you can celebrate further achievement by striving to achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold status.
Early Assessment
For organisations starting their Investors in People journey early assessment is a popular choice.
This uses the Investors in People framework to recognise good practice but most importantly it identifies areas that the organisation needs to focus on to develop and improve over the forthcoming 12 months. Evidence is 'banked' during this period to reduce the time spent during the follow up assessment, when hopefully the organisation then meets the Investors in People Standard.
